3月3日消息，杉杉股份公告称，公司控股股东杉杉集团及其全资子公司朋泽贸易的重整计划草案已提交债权人会议表决，合并破产重整案第四次债权人会议于3月2日召开。若重整成功，公司控制权将变更为安徽皖维集团有限责任公司，实际控制人将变更为安徽省国资委。但重整计划尚需相关会议审议表决通过并获得法院批准，结果存在不确定性。公司生产经营正常，未受重大影响。
