美国达勒姆的疫苗生产基地是默沙东在美国的核心疫苗工厂之一。除了HPV疫苗，还生产水痘疫苗以及麻疹、腮腺炎和风疹联合疫苗，已有约十余年生产经验。2020年，默沙东还曾宣布计划在该基地开展卡介苗的生产。
